A space where your story matters.
I am offering a unique coaching experience that allows for me to meet you right where you are (baby included). Sessions can be done while walking, sitting, or a mix of both, whatever feels supportive for you. You are free to come without a clear plan but if you have one that’s great too! Life coaching is a space for you to reflect, think through things you want to shift or change and gain some intentionality for your current season. You do not have to wait to make space for yourself. I fully believe we are more regulated, satisfied and healthy when we choose to care for ourselves.

My hope and desire is that this would be a space for moms to slow down, breathe, and hear themselves think.
Motherhood asks so much of you, each and every day.
Your time, body, energy, heart and so much more.
This is a space created for you, whether you’re caring for little ones, navigating transitions back to work or simply dreaming for a moment that feels like you can exhale.
Here, you don’t have to have the right words or a clear plan. You just have to show up as you are.
My goal is for you to feel supported without feeling like you have to move mountains to make it happen.
What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching believes that you hold the answers inside yourself and through intentional listening, curiosity and presence we partner together to move forward to make change with intentionality.
Can I bring my baby?
YES, babies are absolutely welcome to join coffee shop or walking sessions. Toddler energy might make staying present and focused tricky so we can discuss together what options would be best!
What if I don’t know what I want to work on?
No problem at all. We can start exactly where you are and together we can explore what comes up for you in this current season.
Do I need to be in San Diego?
Not at all, I can see clients regardless of their zipcode. I offer virtual sessions and you are more than able to walk or be in a coffee shop during our session. If a zoom/phone call is preferred while a little one is sleeping I offer those as well.
How long are sessions?
Our initial phone call to see if I will be a good match for you is 30 minutes and then after that each session is 50 minutes. However, we can work together to find what works best for you!

Hi, I’m Liana Michelle — mother, wife, space-holder, and Southern California native who finds joy in the sunshine, a good book, and a deeply honest conversation. I’ve always been drawn to the heart of people’s stories and I believe transformation begins with presence and making room for your whole story. I’m a lover of questions, constantly curious, and someone who believes that change happens when we slow down, tell the truth, and let ourselves be present.
LianaMichelle Coaching is what I wish I had as a mother of two. Often it felt like I was trying to keep my head afloat with an infant who wouldn’t nurse with others in the room and a toddler who needed my undivided attention. I wish I had the option to make space for myself while they were napping, or while we were on a walk. To allow someone to truly listen and hear what was happening in my story in middle of the hard. There were options I had that didn’t feel like options in my mind, and I want others to know that there is more. My heart is for the exhausted mama who needs to hear that this season is not forever.
This space was created with you in mind. I am here and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
