We’re all feeling LOST in this journey none of us have traveled before. And we’re all feeling LOSS of normalcy, routines, community and friendship.
Let’s Get Our Footing Again
To help us get our footing, we’ll talk about acceptance of where we are right now, fears and all. Just as a GPS needs a starting location for which to guide us forward, we need to accept, even practice being right where we are amidst our fear, lostness, and loss.
A Practical Tool
